“Hey Stimo!

Its funny you mention that as we have been contemplating making our own bait lately.

Its just a guess, but I would imagine that you need the 14mm rolling set to roll 14mm boilies. smiley

Have you decided on flavours and stuff like that yet ?”

“i.ve been messing around with a few flavours and im going to try them out and see what one comes up good when ive got it down to what the carp like ill let you have the recipe and then you can let me know what you think. I do have the 14mm rolling table with the 14mm sausage maker but the baits dont roll properley because the baits come out with a hole in them cry.”

“I havent heard of baits with holes in them, but i have rolled a few baits before.

It does take a few rolls to get it right, and you have to lay the sausage accross the bottom of the rack, then in 3 moves you roll a few inches forward, a few inches back, and then you roll the top of the rack fully forward until it comes off the rack, when this happens your boiles should also fall out perfectly rolled.”

“Ill be looking forword to hearing about your bait bud. Im not using flavours that most people are using out of a bot im looking on the natural side of things ie any flavour i use will come from blending up the item to get the flavour and on the plus side you also get the added bits from itthumbs up

“Ok cool, we are gonna start buying our bait rolling bits in the next week or two so we will probably have to look for some bulk deals on base mix.

Let us know if you see any 10kg or 20kg base mixes available.”

“A great tip when rolling baits. If you want to make a dumbell shape, use two different sized plates. E.g. 12mm and a 14mm plate on top. thumbs up
