“Had a fantastic 48 hour session which resulted in a very good head of carp from some low doubles to a 24lb mirror being the biggest. All of the carp were taken using a boilie fished off a bar on the bottom. The owner of the lake is very nice and will always help in any way he can. Some really good fish coming out of the lake and after 2 or 3 seasons of boilie only rules its pushed the fish weight up and up. Lots of new 30s coming out good photos in the lodge. ...”

Plus Points:
The lodge especially when the weather is kicking your ass.

Could Improve:
It would be nice to have some help with gear round the lake, other fisheries are operating quad or trailer services these days.

Summary:
A decent fishing session with a good mixture of carp.
